Disc golf is the perfect sport for families or anyone with an active spirit. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, have plenty of equipment or none at all, there are several places in North Zealand where you can try your hand at the sport of frisbee and disc golf.
Disc golf is a mix between golf and frisbee. Just like in golf, the goal is to reach the hole in as few throws as possible from the starting point, the “tee.” The holes are replaced by baskets positioned about one metre above the ground. A course has nine baskets, and most courses offer two difficulty levels — one for beginners and one for more experienced players.
