Kap Halsnæs 2025 | Lynæs Madbar invites you on a gastronomic journey through Halsnæs

Kap Halsnæs is an annual food festival in Lynæs, where local ingredients are transformed into a four-course menu. Guests are invited on a culinary journey that reflects the nature, farms and flavours of Halsnæs.

A festival with local ingredients

The festival celebrates the pantry of North Zealand. The menu is created from produce supplied by local farmers and producers, bringing together the flavors of sea, fields, and orchards on the plate.
