Verdensballetten in Tisvildeleje - Experience a unique ballet in North Zealand.
For the first time, Verdensballetten visits Tisvildeleje in beautiful North Zealand. Surrounded by the deep blue colors of the Kattegat, the pristine sandy beach, and the majestic pine trees of Tisvilde Hegn, this creates a unique backdrop for an outstanding ballet performance.
Through the interplay of art, nature, and the unique environment on-site, a truly special ballet experience is offered, characterized by the distinct character and soul of North Zealand.
In the summer performance, Verdensballetten presents prima ballerinas and solo dancers from some of the world's most renowned ballet companies. These artists, who normally perform on the biggest international stages, are accompanied by acclaimed opera singers and classical musicians.
The program includes a selection of pieces from the classical repertoire such as Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, and Manon, as well as newly choreographed pieces created specifically for Verdensballetten.
The artistic experience of the evening is presented by tenor and presenter Jens-Christian Wandt, who ties the performance's repertoire together with entertaining anecdotes, creating a fully rounded evening of the highest quality.

- The entrance opens at 5:30 PM. Please remember to bring your ticket either in printed form or digitally.
- The performance lasts approximately two hours including an intermission and starts precisely on time.
- There will be opportunities to purchase beverages and delicious snacks at the bar.
- You can also enhance your experience with an exquisite 3-course ballet menu at either Tisvilde Kro or Restaurant Umai.
- We recommend warm clothing for the Danish summer, and it may be a good idea to bring a raincoat and a blanket to share on the seating rows. The sun sets just behind the stage in Tisvildeleje, so sunglasses or a sun hat with shade can be useful. For the comfort of other guests, please refrain from bringing umbrellas.
- You are welcome to take photos during the performance from your seat to ensure you do not disturb other audience members. Please note that cameras with professional lenses are reserved for press use.
- Outdoor toilet facilities are available in the area.
- Free parking is available with the option for handicap parking.
- Please note that the ground surface at the location may vary between asphalt, gravel, and sand.
