After breakfast, you are invited to explore the exhibitions and discover Hillerød’s history through activities tailored for children.
Step into Time Street
The museum’s popular “Time Street” exhibition recreates everyday life in Hillerød during the 1960s. The interactive street environment invites children and adults alike to explore history through play.
Play like in the old days
Children can:
- Sit in the chair at the old-fashioned barber shop
- Visit the toy shop
- Play with vintage toys
- Try being a shopkeeper using the historic cash register
Adults are encouraged to join in and share the experience.
