From the goat barn to the communal table at Tothaven
As part of Kap Halsnæs, Tothaven invites guests to a communal dinner in the farm’s greenhouse. Four servings showcase produce from the farm and dairy, and before dinner, guests visit the goat barn to meet some of the main characters behind the menu.

Kap Halsnæs with produce from Tothaven
At Tothaven, Kap Halsnæs brings guests close to the origins of the ingredients. The menu is based on produce from the farm’s land and dairy, with Tothaven’s goats and dairy products playing a central role in the meal.
The experience begins with a visit to the goat barn. Guests then gather around the communal table in the greenhouse, where the four servings are presented sharing style.

The menu includes poached egg with strained goat’s milk yoghurt, toasted sourdough bread, spiced butter and pickled vegetables. Dehydrated beetroot is served with a fresh cheese cream and parsley oil, while Danish dumplings are accompanied by herb yoghurt.
The meal concludes with warm goat’s milk Brie, late-summer honey, toasted walnuts, baked figs and crisp seed crackers.
From the goat barn to a shared meal
Kap Halsnæs at Tothaven connects the farm’s animals, produce and dairy products with the finished meal. Combining a visit to the barn with dinner around the communal table allows guests to experience the farm setting and taste some of the produce made at Tothaven.
