A voyage with soul

Boarding MIRA is stepping into a living story of Danish seafaring. With the scent of saltwater and wind in your hair, you’ll sail toward the Swedish coast and view Gilleleje from the sea. The trip is relaxed, inviting you to slow down and soak up the atmosphere.

MIRA – a schooner with a past

Built in Faaborg in 1898, MIRA has sailed the Danish waters for more than a century. Originally a cargo ship, today she is beautifully restored and outfitted for passenger sailing. The two-masted wooden vessel radiates authenticity and charm – ideal for those who want to feel history come alive.

Join in – or just relax

You can help hoist the sails or simply find your spot and enjoy the rhythm of the sea. With a maximum of 23 guests per trip, there's space for both connection and quiet. The captain shares tales of the ship’s past, and refreshments are available on board.

An experience to share

Whether you're with family, friends, or colleagues, MIRA offers a memorable journey that strengthens bonds and inspires curiosity. A maritime adventure you'll remember for years to come.
