At Restaurant Krydderiet, the focus is on showcasing the very best seasonal ingredients. Whenever possible, produce is sourced from local suppliers, and just outside the door, fresh herbs are grown to elevate every flavour.
Kokkedal Slot Copenhagen
Slotskælderen, dating back to 1746, offers an atmosphere steeped in history, where original vaulted ceilings and candlelight create a warm and intimate setting. Here, the focus is on hospitality and a menu built around the finest seasonal ingredients, with the option of a tailored wine pairing.
